Scoreyo ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.
By using Scoreyo, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We use your information to:
4.1 AI Features: We use model providers through OpenRouter for features including practice-question generation and the personalized AI Tutor. Provider responses can be inaccurate, so the Tutor shows confidence, limitations, and citations only when a retrieved source supports them.
4.2 Personalization: We analyze activity within Scoreyo, including quiz and study progress, performance, current exam, topic mastery, review activity, pace, and learning patterns, to recommend topics, difficulty levels, explanations, and study strategies. This personalization is part of the service you receive when using Scoreyo.
4.3 Tutor Personalization: The Tutor sends a minimized learning snapshot to OpenRouter and its model providers. This snapshot may include your selected exam, measured readiness and confidence, learning pace and momentum, dominant error type, and a bounded list of weak, due, and strong topics. We do not send direct identifiers or sensitive profile fields in the Tutor prompt.
4.4 Tutor Sources: Pasted text, extracted text from documents you save, your notes for metadata-only links, and additional context you type may be processed through OpenRouter and its model providers to answer your question. Links are not fetched by the Tutor. Tutor threads and sources are not published or converted into public study artifacts.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We share limited data with:
